The team
After creating the Montreal Urban Innovation Lab and collaborating for over 5 years at the City of Montreal and on various projects, Stéphane and Phédia partnered to found Kainos Conseil with the objective of leveraging their innovation experience to support change agents in their organizational and social transformation projects.

Phédia Gottot
(she/her)
Innovation and organizational transformation consultant and coach, Phédia has always sought to understand human beings and social phenomena. This interest naturally transferred to organizational dynamics. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in participatory leadership and stakeholder engagement. Also certified in integral coaching, her mission is to foster successful change by encouraging the emergence of collective wisdom and guiding organizations in creating healthy, engaging and collaborative environments.

Stéphane Guidoin (he/him)
Innovation and strategy consultant, Stéphane seeks to enrich innovation principles to make them a tool for social transformation to address the challenges of our time. Both as a senior manager and technical expert, he has had the opportunity to test these approaches in numerous contexts: social or technological innovation, government or entrepreneurial settings, mobility or energy sectors, etc. Drawing on this experience, Stéphane aims to help organizations integrate deep innovation approaches that are rich in meaning and contribute to both well-being and the achievement of ambitious collective objectives.
