Kainos conseil was born from a desire to leverage solid experience in innovation, organizational transformation, and collective intelligence to support change agents in their organizational and social transformation initiatives.

Phédia Gottot (she/her)



Innovation and organizational transformation consultant and coach, Phédia has always sought to understand human beings and social phenomena. This interest naturally transferred to organizational dynamics. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in participatory leadership and stakeholder engagement. Also certified in integral coaching, her mission is to foster successful change by encouraging the emergence of collective wisdom and guiding organizations in creating healthy, engaging and collaborative environments.
